IN this day and time and I say this with the utmost contempt... your new computer should have Window XP Professional installed due to Microsoft's attack on Windows 98 and the lesser Windows 2000 support. A computer bought from us will have the original Microsoft XP Pro CD ROM & COA (Certificate of Authenticity). You will have the ability to create your own restore CDs at any given time of your current system. You will have all the drivers CDs or floppies needed to rebuild your computer should you move to California and need help there. Any software purchased extra (Microsoft Office, Corel Suite, etc.) will have install CDs. Every piece of software installed one your PC will be legal.
Absolutely never buy a computer with XP Home Edition; every penny you save over XP Pro you will spend 10 times over on repairs on XP Home!
If you hate XP as much as we do... we can install Windows 2000 or Windows
98 or Linux on your new computer.
